• Conduct regular field meetings, provide training and drive the engagement activities at locality level
• Frontline for handline & resolving any issues/agitation brought up by Delivery partners
• Assist the city's on-boarding and other logístical functions
• Maintain levels of grooming and quality in the locality through field audits etc.
• Control churn by making calls to churned or possible cohorts of Delivery partners
• Understanding of Market Landscape

Key Performance Indicators:
• Maintaining adequate login
• Churn control
• WoW improvement in quality metrics
• Grooming Adherence
• Reduction in locality downtime (Shutdown)
