am an enthusiastic and active Physical Education Trainer on Physical Fitness and a skilled trainer in ‘’Life Skills.’’ Also, an excellent Sports performer, and strongly believe that Learning is a continuous process. People should accept themselves as they are and improve for betterment by constant Learning; also well-versed in Yoga and Meditation and has conducted several sessions for the student fraternity. Alumni of Bengaluru University, Master's Degree holder in Physical Education with rich Institutional experience in Physical Training and Life skills and Motivational Coaches. This has obviously, inspired his students to conduct his programs with maximum participants. Passionate about changing lives into an Optimistic life without giving up been awarded/honored with Best Sportsman award for achieving State level Sports 2010, Also active Volunteer for a couple of events for a social cause through Marathon, Walking, and other physical activities. And associated with NGO to teach Yoga and Basic fitness to young minds living in the orphanage, recently honored with Best Health Coach -2021 for contribution to society and the experience carries, acquired sound knowledge in presenting papers related to the sports department well known for simple stunning solutions and simplicity which has made sessions more fun-loving and livelier with a takeaway of self –care oath.

I have more than 9 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Physical Education, and have received the Best Health Coach Award 2021 by the National Institute for Skills & Training, Bangalore.
