Processing all ROs & Deals in internal Software – OnAir
Preparing & maintaining drop list data.
Managing commercial amendments for critical activities that are received after booking deadlines.
Ensuring that there is no conflict between the same categories of clients in the same break.
To coordinate with programming for sponsorship tag.
Trying to maximise Revenue at last minute also.
Sending daily Revenue reports to HOD & Management.
Maintains Logs to provide spot positioning for the clients as per approval from HOD.
Ensuring there are no/minimum droppage of client revenues.
Creating Sponsorships Tags in the System
Regular coordination with media agencies .
Direct coordination with Sales, PRS & other internal department.
Processing sponsorship for clients.
Bookings, sponsorships, checking of logs, safe guarding revenue targets, managing inventory issues -
in the same month.
Follow up for materials, schedules, revised schedules, sponsorship checklist & resolving issues -
timely follow ups.
