Currently spearheading as Dy. Manager (Mechanical) with M/S. MIDEAST INTEGRATED STEELS LTD (MESCO STEEL).
Extensive experience in Sinter Plant (36 m2) projects dealing fabrication & Erection of structural steel, equipment erection.

Looking after Operation & Maintenance of Locomotives (Make-BHEL),Hydraulic Crane -8T&14T (Make-ESCORT), TFC-280 Crane (Make-TATA), Wheel Loader (Make- TATA& BEML),JCB-4DX, Power screening machine (Make- CHIEFTAIN), Fire Tender (Make- TATA), Excavator (Make- L&T-KOMATSU), and Diesel Generator (1MVA, 500 KVA, 380 KVA, 110 KVA  make- Cummins India).
Maintenance of EOT crane (80/20 T, 20/5 T make-Mukund) with load testing, wheel alignment, Lubrication, checking wire rope condition, etc.
Maintenance of Engine, Gear Box, Hydraulic system, Brake system, Compressor.
All type of modification jobs within time.
Equipment brake down analysis. Failure analysis report.   
Preparation of Annual, quarterly & monthly maintenance plan.
Monitoring and review for Spares and Manpower planning.
Monitoring of operational uses of heavy mobile equipments.
Allocation of heavy mobile equipments as per requirement.  
Monitoring and Review of Downtime with Root Cause Analysis.
Initiating improvement Initiatives to reduce cost, spares inventory, improve safety.
Lead & guided the team (450 manpower) in ensuring compliance to all Safety norms to minimize/achieve Zero accidents through appropriate fire protection system & safety equipments
Preparing the monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly report compliance to ISO standards.(ISO-9001:2008,EMS-14001& OHSAS-18000). 
As an internal auditor (ISO-9001, EMS-14001 &OHSAS-18000), audit other departments & give report to Management Representative.

I have completed Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) in the year 2004 availed 64% from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
I have completed Post Diploma In Industrial Safety in the year 2018.
I have completed +2 Science in the year 1998 availed 53% from Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.
I have completed 10th class in the year 1995 availed 43% from Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
