Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited Bio-chemical Division - Sr. Manager Its 750Ton/day maize crushing plant Bio-Chemical industry having the product of Starch, Germ, Fiber, Gluten,Liquid glucose, HMS, DMH,DAH, MD and Sorbitol. It is a fully automation plant having different type of instruments like control valve, on/off valves, transmitters, sensors, analyzers, switches, dosing pump, VFD, PLC, Simocode, DCS of different make like E & H, Yokogawa, Pneucon, Deltech, Grundfos, Honeywell, ABB Siemens, Allen Bradley etc. Key Responsibilities :  Involve in the erection commissioning and Maintenance activities of the Manufacturing unit.

2. GMR Industries India Ltd Haliyal,Uttara Kannada Dist. Karnataka – Engineer
It is a sugar plant having one no 120 TPH Thermax Boiler and 24MW Hangzhou Condensing cum
Triple Extraction Turbine (Working-Pressure & Temperature 108kg/cm2 & 540degC respectively)
& 3500TCD sugar plant. Plant having fully Automation with Honeywell DCS and Danfoss VFD
Drives for both Boiler & sugar plant.
Key Responsibilities :
 Duties involved ensuring loop check, calibration, and functional test are complete as per
schedule during commissioning phase of project.
 Preparation of test reports and documents.
 Co-ordinates with instrument construction engg. to executive work as per plan.
