DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Commissioning of chilled, hot water systems networks with complete Piping, pumps, heat exchangers surge vessels with variable speed drives, Air distribution systems, Exhaust systems, Plumbing, FF & Fire Suppression Systems, Lifts, and Escalators. Commissioning of IO points for BMS from all MEP field devices at BMS work station for automation control,

• MA’AMIR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT on behalf of DOWN TOWN CONSTRUCTION CO.WLL and various other projects including petrol station and various villas.

• Complete installation and supervision for SEAWGE WATER PUMPING STATION  with six numbers of radial end suction centrifugal pumps in two facades three as parallel with capacity to pump 1585 liters per second and TEFC(totally enclosed fan cooled ),IP55 motor with rating  160 KW each.
• Erection, commissioning & piping of water treatment plant, deodorization system and hydro Pneumatic system, Study for Surge analysis reports etc.
• RTR / GLASS REINFORCED PIPE WORK for the same with dia of 900mm to 1400 mm with complete fitting i.e. 900 mm&1400 mm elbows bends reducer etc according to the BS standards.
• Installation of DN1400 TBS wall mounted penstock with actuator and linking it to SCADA and Control panel with PC242 aqua sensor and remote sensing
• Surge vessels (50meter cube each) with 900mm dia pipe with rising main to control water hammer effect and safe guarding pipeline. Air ventilation and conditioning for the amenity office building and the sump & reviewing all the Surge reports provided by vendors based on pipeline laid topology.
