Sarfaraz Ahmad

With a PhD in Pharmaceutical Medicine and a master’s in pharmacy, I have been with Sun Pharma (formerly Ranbaxy) for more than 24 years bringing a wealth of experience in managing quality oversight of Pharmacovigilance function globally. Currently, I am leading the Quality Assurance team, conducting Pharmacovigilance audits of internal and external partners, and ensuring compliance with a wide array of international Pharmacovigilance regulations,   reflecting over a decade of specialized experience in this area.  In addition, I also have rich experience in clinical drug development, biopharmaceutics, clinical pharmacokinetics, and ethical and regulatory aspects of the field.

Total of more than 24 years of industrial experience. More than 14 years invested in managing clinical operations with various capacities and more than 10 years of experience in quality focussing on Pharmacovigilance function.
