Manpower Planning and Management of complete       Recruitment Process

Engaged with plant management to assess their manpower needs. Planning manpower requirement. Management of complete recruitment & selection process across the levels. Always applied cost effective measures to recruit quality manpower within given deadlines.

Induction

Ensure that new recruits are provided with appropriate training and Information to enable them to perform their duties effectively.

Talent Management

Working closely with Senior Management to streamline Hiring Process and its pre-requisites, Training& Performance support systems, Review & modifications in existing compensation structure to attract, hire, develop and retain talent.

Skill Development (T&D)

Drive Skill Inventory exercise and closely worked with each HOD to identify the skill gaps. Prepared training calendar with consultation of Operations Head and HODs.   Arranged for OJTs and Class Room training programs.  Initiated Multi Skill Trainings for employees enable them to shoulder more responsibilities to assure their career growth and contributions towards improvement in operations.

Performance Management

Deployment of   Performance Management System.    Setting of KRAs of Managerial Staff in consultation with Unit Head and Head of Department(s), Periodic review/ revision of KRAs, Periodic performance assessment and reward & recognition initiatives.  Ensure to appraise objectively each employee’s performance in relation to the duties and responsibilities assigned.

Personnel Management

  • Time Office,Pay Roll Management.
  • Designing and Implementations of HR policy and procedure.

HRMIS

Monthly Management Reports thru HRMIS to keep the Management (Plant & Corporate-HR) updated for present status and future planning & strategies.

Welfare & Employee Relations

  • Operationalized a Suggestions Scheme at the plant level for all level of employees and looked after the total management of the scheme in its real spirit.
  • Best OperatorAwards, Best AttendanceAwards and Best Employee of the month awards & Appreciation Schemewere launched at the plant level for all level of employees and ensured its total management.
  • Handled Grievances Management system.
  • Managed and resolved disciplinary issues, counselled  and facilitated employeegrievances
  • Counselled non performing staff before putting them through the Performance.
  • Conducted continuouscounselling with employeesand peers.

General Administration

  • Organize Facility Management such as Canteen, Guest Houses, House Keeping, Horticulture, Pest Control, Taxi management, Couriers, Hostels, and Mess/Canteen etc.
  • Management and control of Office Equipment’s. etc.

Statutory Compliances & Liaison

  • Responsible for all Statutory Compliances under Labour/Factories Acts. 
  • Liaisoning with all government Offices for seeking approvals and statutory compliances
