• Iam conversant with having knowledge with Disbursement Account(DA), basic port charges.
• Having good knowledge of Charter Partiesagreements (CP Terms).
• Checking port call with Synopsis & Estimates receivedfrom the agent.
• Making international calls for clarifying querying with agent and clients.
• Scrutinize PDA as per Tariff of the agents thus ensurecost savings &
• Transparency for the customer.
• Liaising directlywith Operator for any queries& sorted with Clarification with agent.
• Examination/Scrutiny of Agent’s FinalDisbursement Account with all supporting documents/invoices.
• Having detailed knowledge in cost allocation between Cargo Receiver, Vessel Operatorand Head Owners as per World scale, CP clause and Specified Agreement if any.
