• Responsible to launch Work Order based on CTB and work with buyer to reduce the all shortage items, and commit the demand based on capacity.
• Responsible to prepare Excess and Obsolete items database report using Kinaxis to proceed with the claim process from the customer.
• Handled KPI Metrics for a team (includes 15 head count) and was a co-lead of IKW Project.
