I hold an experience of 7 years in the field of therapy, counseling and mental health services. I believe in an eclectic method of therapy that helps an individual to uncover their potential and reach their emotional/psychological best. It also includes trauma informed and queer affirmative approaches. 
My research interest lies in the areas of sleep-related disorders and personality conditions.
I take keen interest in employee wellness in the field of organization/industrial psychology. 
My experience and knowledge on various psychometric tests and assessments strengthen my skills as a trained clinician.
I hold an expertise in sexual health and therapy. I am correctly practising extensively in the same field. 
I have been a *TEDx* speaker and guest lecturer to various conference and seminars. It keeps me motivated and help me to grow and learning more.
