1. Supervise & support vendor/Engineering team to ensure local Standard Operation Procedures, Sequence of Operation & 
Maintenance standards to guarantee execution of periodic maintenance & Adhoc program works.
2. Prioritize and assign work to data centre engineers & vendors.
3. Responsible for processing with flexible schedule for vendor to carry out Preventive maintenance activities & Adhoc activities.
4. Assist in performing root cause analysis for operational issues.
5. Ensure vendor adhere to SLA and continuously push for improvement of data centre performance.
6. Maintaining critical spare list onsite for emergency purpose.
7. Manage risks & recommend mitigation steps with contingency plan for potential failure in data centre.

1. Experienced in Overhauling of pumps, Auxiliary Engines (2-stroke & 4-stroke).
2. Operations, maintenance and repair of all boilers, heaters, pumps, valves & distribution of steam and heated or processed water.
3. Operation, maintenance and repair of refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, steam traps, transfer pumps, expansion valves, stop valves, float valves together with all refrigerant lines and devices used to control temperatures and air-conditioning systems in their entirety.

B.Tech & PG diploma in Mechanical Engineering
