Engineering graduate with 6+ years of experience in Hydraulic Filtration and Water Filtration field seeking a challenging position in Respective organization whereby my academic background, interpersonal and analytical skills can be utilized and developed.

I Have been working in Eureka Forbes Ltd  as Product Service head for Tamil Nadu region 

My primary job is to 

1. ensure whether the Installation and service calls are being closed satisfactorily within the committed period to customer . 

3. Monitoring the E&C team frequently to complete the job within the prescribed span of time. 

4. Supporting our marketing team to bringing in a wide scope of business.

5. will set the target quantitatively and carry out our work in order to achieve it in every month.  

Earlier to this I was working at ion exchange has project engineer . 

1. We prepare BOM after receiving order confirmation from the customer side. 

2. Will make a control plan for in-house manufactured products

3. Will place purchase order on suitable supplier after scrutinising the quotes from 3-4 suppliers for procurement of products.

4. Expedite with the procurement team about the products delivery schedule so that process will not be delayed or stopped.

5. Will check the product and process quality by various inspection techniques.(like some x-bar R chart , etc include here )

6. Preparation of pre dispatch inspection reports to assure that the product quality is matching with the technical specification of the customer 

7. Will carry out the installation and commissioning at the assigned location or site

8. will prepare operation manual with info graphic pattern for easy understanding of the product. 

9. Training will be provided at the customer premises or plant.

10. After handed over the project we provide support solutions for the customer problems and fullfill their requirements within the promised downtime. 

I feel happy  to say that i have taken care the above said process and successfully completed entire project on turnkey basis to 

Manali Petro chemical,Karnataka Milk federation, milk mist erode, strides shasun Pondicherry, Hyundai Motors Chennai, Apollo tyres Chennai.

I was acknowledged and appreciated by my executives  for completing the DM plant project at BARC for achieving the output of 0.28 K

Before that i initially started my careerat Vens hydroluft pvt ltd. Since it is medium scale developing company, 

We engineers was playing multiple roles and assigned to perform multiple task irrespective of our core specified areas to achieve one project and that skill provided me to built my foundation so strong 

We initiate the project by having a conversation with the customer about our products, services and our ability to deliver quality product on time. we had a firm and constant communication with the customer to know about their requirements on products on application point of view

Once we got a clear understanding on customer requirements then We play the role of design engineer over the project  by modelling a Autocad design which satisfies customer specific requirements. Will follow up for engineering drawing approval from the customer 

Next we play the role of a proposal engineer by proposing the quotation to the customer and follow it on regular basis until get the order confirmation..

We keep on validate our design model by making necessary upgradation which will completely satisfy the customer expectation and to be competitive in the market. 

we make project goals for every quarter month and will make plan of action accordingly to achieve it. 

So that i do the work of managing the entire project from initiating till the completion as like a project manager at my carter start.
