EXPERIENCE: 

IN DUBAI, (Jan-2016 to july-2019):

I have worked for 3 years and 6 months as a mechanic in ship Repair Company, JOME engineering LLC, Dubai.

Overhauled Main engine (wartsila), Auxiliary engines (Wartsila and Himsen).

LDM (liner diameter measuring device by Chris marine) Measured liner without removing cylinder head.

Overhauled fuel injector, fuel pump of auxiliary engines.

IN INDIA, (april-2020 to march2023):

I have been working as an operator cum setter of CNC turning for 3 years in Advanced engineering and sourcing solution, Chennai.

I have worked as an operator cum setter in CNC milling machine (tool and die). And also worked in radial drilling machine and manual milling machine.

Production of automobile parts, flanges for pipelines.

Able to read engineering drawings.

Knowledge in GD & T.

Know to use Vernier calliper, inside micrometre, outside micrometre, bore gauge, height gauge, inside calliper and outside calliper.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 

Have completed B.E., (marine engineering) on 2012.

Have completed CNC turning and milling manual programming on march 2020.

Have the knowledge in AutoCAD 2D, Solid work and Mastercam.
