With six years of field and engineering experience, I’ve built a strong track record in installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical and process systems across food, dairy, and beverage manufacturing plants. My work centers on pumps, valves, conveyors, and automation-integrated equipment, where I manage everything from equipment setup to rapid fault resolution to keep operations running smoothly.

I regularly bridge on-site execution with engineering insight: reviewing technical drawings, suggesting design refinements, conducting quality checks, planning preventive maintenance, identifying critical spare parts, and preparing clear service reports that support both clients and internal teams. My role often involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, factory, and vendor groups to ensure that projects progress without delays and that downtime stays minimal.

Beyond site activities, I also support mechanical and piping design tasks, including system layout development, material selection, stress analysis, performance calculations, and vendor assessment. These contributions have strengthened project accuracy, reduced rework, and provided valuable support during installation and startup phases.

Much of my work has been delivered across major Tetra Pak India projects, where I’ve helped bring complex dairy, beverage, and powder-processing systems online with reliable technical leadership and practical, solution-focused execution.

completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, where I built a strong foundation in core subjects such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, machine design, and manufacturing processes. My academic project focused on the mechanical behavior of rice husk and corn fiber reinforced hybrid composites, giving me hands-on experience in material testing, analysis, and experimental research. This education established the technical base that supports my work in mechanical systems, design evaluation, and engineering problem-solving.
