Provide receptionist duties at front counter, Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system, Able to apply basic patient care, Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties, Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement, Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

To prepare the MOU with various TPAs, in order to perform Cashless Medical Treatment

To provide vital information regardingHealth Insurance to the people who approach our table

To channel the Patient / Attender for Insurance Procedures

To fill the Pre Auth Form, with the Doctors’assistance, to be sent to the appropriate TPA

To coordinate with the TPA to get a quick approval To communicate with the TPA regarding queries To organize the Final Bill, for Enhanced Approval, during Discharge

To correspond with the TPA for Enhanced Final Approval, during Discharge To regulate the necessary Documents for Final Approval To correspond with the TPA regarding Denial of Claim To systematize the Bills & Documents to be submitted to the TPA

To harmonize with the TPA regarding Delayed and Shortfall Payments.

To correspond with the Insurance Companies, when necessary, regarding Deficit Payments.

I have finish my higher secondary ( Nursing Group ) Vocational and Diploma in MS Office .

I have work Experience as a Nursing Assistant past ( 1Year),So  I have Medical Knowledge also its help to your Institution.
