Monitoring of SAP Server (user & work process monitoring, updates on system, system log, scheduling & monitoring background jobs, dump analysis, etc.

• Performs daily monitoring, ensuring that the SAP system is always met  SLA.

• Creation of Roles with transactions, reports, others or from standard sap menu and creation of roles by maximum number of ways.
• CCMS: Checking the system performance, identifying the issues and resolving them with SAP NOTES, Packages.
• Spool reorganization by cleaning old spool requests and clean the Temse Database.
• Knowledge on SAP Service MarketPlace. Providing 24/7 support to end users.
• Sap Daily System Monitoring activities and troubleshooting the issues.
