Lead the release management process from planning and development to deployment and post release support.
Handling end-to-end Manual and Automated Releases. Example (PCF, Pega, Generic Jenkins, and CNP Pipelines).
Monitored and provided approvals for code builds in staging environments.
Coordinated with product management to identify defects that would prevent the release 
deployment.
Create change request tickets and obtain approvals for production deployments.
Presented an overview of the release scope to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to get 
necessary approvals from stakeholders.
Create and maintain a release wiki and workbook identifying features, user stories, and components.
Maintain and track all the phase gates in the release cycle.
Conducted a release readiness review to obtain a go-or-no-go vote for deployment from the key stakeholders in the release.
Taking personal control of Expedited and Emergency Change/Releases
Host and drive the release deployments to ensure proper engagement from all needed teams.
Provide release communications regarding the status of the release deployment.
Preparing overall release status reports and share to all relevant stakeholders/Management on a
