I am an MBA (Human Resource Management and Data Analysis) student with hands-on internship experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
During my HR internship at Mythri Industry, I supported end-to-end recruitment activities, employee record management, HR training implementation, and internal coordination. This experience strengthened my communication skills and gave me practical exposure to core HR functions and cross-functional teamwork.
I hold a BBA degree and have demonstrated leadership through organizing university events, sports committees, and winning an intercollegiate HR case study competition. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to begin my career in Human Resources where I can contribute to people management and organizational growth.
