Lead for managing litigation and dispute resolutions for the Company. Responsible for administration of compliance for multiple factories and corporate offices of the Company. Instrumental in setting up modern legal infrastructure for the company such Compliance tool, contract management tool, MIS reporting systems, quality systems etc. to ensure that the Legal team is following the best quality practices to contribute to the growth of the Company.
