Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to lead schools toward academic excellence and improved student outcomes. My tenure as Principal at reputed schools (as mentioned later in the CV) has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of school operations, curriculum development, staff management, and community engagement.

“Some key achievements in leadership role” :-

1. Establishing Thinking Classrooms through usage of visible thinking routines and innovative strategies.
2. Successfully improving student performance on standardized tests through the implementation of targeted intervention programs.
3. Established different excel formats for “Academic Audit” for teachers / Coordinators / Team Leads.
4. Establishing the Genius Hour Program (after school classes) for students from grade 8 to 10.
5. Leading a team of dedicated educators to aspire high and deliver as per the mission of the school. 
6. Working for Global Schools Programme – so that every student is equipped with environmental and social knowledge, values, and skills to shape a prosperous and sustainable future. (SDGs)
7. Organised Model United Nations with more than 40 schools Participation in Hyd. 
8. Working closely with the Learning and Development (L&D) department thus taking care of training needs of the staff members
9. In a journey of establishing an “ASPIRATIONAL SCHOOL” in coordination with the HR department, Senior Leadership & Management  with effective policies, staff training, seamless coordination in school and staff student welfare activities.

11. Development of Policies / Safety Audits as per expectation of the National and International Boards.
12. Establishing a strong career department and thus creating a conducive atmosphere and culture of discussion on career building from Middle school.  (Platforms used :- CIALFO, BRIDGE U, COMMON APP & UCAS. 
13. Organised career fairs with more than 300 worldwide universities & Indian Universities and was also a HOST School for IC3 conference.
14. Usage of AI in classrooms through ChatGPT/Gemini in lesson plans, Automated grading systems through use of SMARTAIL with detailed analysis and Strategic result oriented plans. 
15. Worked with Power BI software for strategic Analysis of Academic Results.
16. Initiated use of QUIZLET, PLICKER, KAHOOT in classrooms for IT integration.
17. Established Sports Education Program (SEP) with a clear focus on “Skill Building” and Additional Trainings for School Team 
18. Setting up School Wellbeing Department in coordination with Special Education Dept.
19. Establishing meaning and thoughtful art in the curriculum through Performing and Visual Arts as well as organized ART Mela / Exhibition (“Antaragni” ) as a signature event of the School
