Sayantani Sen

My name is Sayantani Sen, a Post graduate student from Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath college in specialization with microbiology in 2020. I did work in SeeCure lab as a laboratory technician in molecular department for 1 year 7 months. I have experience in pathological field also. For gathering more experiences I would like to apply in this internship course at your valuable organization that matches my eligibility and qualifications.

I have knowledge of making broth, culture, uv sterilization, autoclaving, streaking on plates. And  as my job was on contract research , means our company provides products as client's requirements like any changes on the dna sequence of bacterial dna. So that I know how to do dna isolation, gel electrophoresis dna cloning, elisa, pcr..  some basic molecular techniques. and have microscopic expertization.and I can handle equipment like autoclave,bod incubator, shaker incubator, uv visible spectrophotometer, colorimeter, elisa, rt pcr .
