Lead team to develop State of the art multi i/o & multi sensory Compact Encryption products. 

Responsibilities: Product design lead for EMI/EMC, power requirement, Reliability, manufactring & assembly, maintainability, quality, testing, cost and supply chain through stringent design processes that includes reviews at different stages of the product design lifecycle such as Concept Design Reviw, Prilimenary Design Review, Critical Design Review & Final Design Review. Using different reliability techiques during design like DFMEA, Physics of Failure, System Analysis, Reliability Prediction, Life Testing and Accelerated Life Testing.

Developed Products:

1. FCE mkII- Rugged (JSS55555), EMI/EMC (MILSTD-461G) compliant compact (8”) display based cipher messaging and file transfer terminal. That will going to be drop-in replacement for deployed FCE-mkI in the field.
2. Linkryptor: Rugged (JSS55555), EMI/EMC (MILSTD-461G) compliant compact (3”x4”) USB based encryptor that will encrypt and decrypt the computer files over the USB interface. 
3. Fillguns: Rugged & commercial fillguns for transfering keys and Algo to the Encryptor with multiple interfaces such as Ethernet/USB/Serial.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Alternate part replacement for about 5% components of Encryption product that resulted in  20% production yield improvement.
2. Successfully executed the AS-9100 co-ordinator role for dept.
3. Documentation as per design standard: Schematic drawing, Production, Qualification & Acceptance test procedure, User Handbook, etc.
4. Sales support: Getting BQ, Selling price approval, Sale order generation, synergizes with other functional groups, planning dispatch & packing, handling customer PDI, getting inspection certificate from inspection agencies, dispatching production units, corordination with shipping to get on time delivery, getting SAT/JRI done at customer premises.
