I am a result-oriented Professional with an extensive experience of over 16 years in multiple phases of Delivery Management, Project Management, Operations Management & Customer Relationship Management offering SaaS products & associated services in the Education Services & Recruitment Process Outsourcing Industry. I have worked with multiple organizations and designed workflows to ensure that organization's hiring/onboarding targets were achieved in the most efficient manner using technology enabled solutions

I have spent my career in conceiving & implementing effective ideas, strategies that can add value to organizations . I specialize in building high performing teams who have time and again re-defined delivery standards and I pride myself in being a great mentor and leader to my co-workers.

I am a highly dependable and organized professional with a PMP certification with the ability to drive organizational improvement and lead successful and high-achieving teams. Through sound decision making and leadership, I have aided past employers, including Sify Technologies Limited, NSEIT Limited, MeritTrac Services Pvt. Limited, Embibe (a Reliance-Jio company) & L&T EduTech, in achieving short- and long-range goals.

The portfolio of clients that I have serviced in my career range from Educational Institutions to small start-ups and established MNCs to Government Organizations. The work mainly consisted of handling Turnkey Projects for clients needing to either Enroll or Hire candidates for their Academic Programs or Job openings.

I have completed by Executive MBA from Great Lakes Insitute of Management, Chennai in the 2021. The aim behind doing my masters was to position myself as a business leader rather than limiting myself to a Delivery & Program Managament role only. In additon to it I have also obtained a PMP certification in July 2020 which was renewed in June 2023 for another 3 years.
