Good knowledge and experience in Heat treatment,Welding process(SMAW/TIG/MIG), NDT(Level II) Mechanical testing, Quality checking(Visual, dimension, hardness)

Type of valve castings handled Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Swing check valve and Heavy engineering components steam turbine components of Inner casting , Outer casting, and centrifugal castings etc for CS,SS and ALLOY STEELS

Planning day to day production to achieve target ie reviewing production process. Well versed with engineering drawing and production activities identification of production contraints and its elevation from time to time

Ensure smooth running of the shop floor by providing effective production schedule, required raw material and components
