INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER CAIRN OIL AND GAS  Maintenance contract with Cairn oil and gas
Company for the maintenance of Instruments in their various Oil Gathering & Pumping Stations.
 Leading the Instrumentation team to carry out different jobs under the maintenance contract which involves Preventive maintenance, fault finding and Troubleshooting activities of various Process Control, Water injection&Power fluid pumps, Fire & Gas detection, Process Analytic and Machinery control Instruments.
 Planning, scheduling and execution of Preventive Maintenance activities and Modification jobs as per Job Orders
 Manpower and resources allocation
 Follow Instructions and Work details on Job Orders and Establish Priorities
 Co-ordination with other Departments on matter related to Instrumentation requirements and arranging Maintenance and overhauling schedules as required (for Rotating Equipments)
 Assistance and Co-ordination of Shutdown activities and Breakdown (Call-out) jobs
ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN EXXONMOBIL CHEMICALS Installation, Commissioning and Plant maintenance of Macchi boilers and heat recovery steam generator,GE gas turbines, Boiler feed water pumbs,Steam turbines, Remote instrument enclosures, Substation, Cooling tower, Ground flare, Process gas compressor, Ethylene reciprocating compressor, polypropylene reciprocating compressor instruments. Installation & Commissioning of Smart type of transmitters, control valves with DCS system and engineering triconex
work station, Installation, quality check &commissioning of waste water steam turbine pumps, Booster pumps, Main injection pumps, Natural gas skid, waste gas
skid , Fuel Gas skid and Smart type transmitters and valves
 Provide maintenance support for instrumentation systems to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant
 Provide support for new projects and modifications related to Instrumentation to achieve business and operational objectives.
 Responsible for daily maintenance activities related to instrumentation works.
SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN PLANT ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION PTE LTD  Testing of all the Control Loops, which involves Insulation testing, Resistance, Check and functional testing of field instruments like control valves /pressure/flow/temperature/level, Simulation and field calibration. Wiring of instruments signal Cables from controller to D.C.S&Triconex/Plc ,Loop checking and commissioning of Boiler and heat recovery steam generator,GE gas turbines, Boiler feed water pumbs,Steam turbines, Remote instrument enclosures, Substation, Cooling tower, Ground flare, Process gas compressor, Ethylene reciprocating compressor, polypropylene reciprocating compressor Instrumentation jobs which includes calibration of Instruments as well as Erection and Commissioning , Erection and commission of electrical PCC and MCC panels, The Instrumentation Projects jobs involves a total erection and complete checking of the process control instrumentation equipment.
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN TRAINEE AND PROPATIONARY CHEMIN CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTATION PVT LTD The company was engaged with the construction and erection activities of new vacuum gas oil /crude processing plant (RELIANCE JAMNAGAR OIL AND GAS PROJECT).During this period successfully carried out Bench and Field Calibration,Erection,Loop Checking, Interlock checking and Commissioning activities of various Process Control Instruments.
