Delivery Management responsibilities handled wrt Digital Transformation projects in last 3 years

• Coordination of cross technology teams, across Global Business/Global Functions delivery
• Manage the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes.
• Support Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies,                 communications, budget.
• Ensure all  WBS/Jira Features are kept with correct status and Status report information for creating accurate Sr.Management report.

I was with Hitachi Consulting for 11 years, Birlasoft for 4.5 yrs (PM/ProgMgr),SierraAtlantic  for 3.5 Yr

My  current  role as Sr.Client Director,  was to ensure a Satisfied customer, Account mining with a target $, People placement, Seamless and immaculate delivery of our services, Enhance relationships , propogate Art of Possible and try to get new business.
