·Strong Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Share,
Antivirus and other Server Administration operation and troubleshooting with a
Minimum of 10 year experience.
·Should have worked on windows servers and managing independently.
·Ability to understand customer issues very quickly based on gathered information and fixes this issue.
·Excellent knowledge and real time experience on windows servers monitoring.
·Troubleshooting windows servers 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016/R2 issues.
·Managing & Troubleshooting Terminal servers along with Microsoft applications management.
·Good knowledge and real time experience on managing & Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows
Clusters.
·Antivirus, OS and other software license management.
·Installing and configuring computers hardware, software, network printers and scanners.
·Monitoring and Maintaining computer systems and networks.
·Responding in a timely manner to service issue and requests.
·Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
·Support servers and Desktops of 120+ Clients in a Windows environment.
·Manage network firewall Router and managed L2 Switches.
