  • Trouble shoot upgrade issues related to Avaya templates, system platform, WEBLM and certificate.
  • Supporting communication manager 5.x, 6.x,7.x and 8.x.
  • Supporting system manger 6.x, 7.x and 8.x.
  • Supporting Messaging servers 5.x, 6.x and 7.x also IX-Messaging.
  • Trouble shoot on call issue faced by customers with live capture logs to analyze the root cause.
  • Mentoring new joiners on Avaya technologies, tools, company process and policies.
