Health check of all component which are present in the CyberArk environment.
 Integrated LDAP to import the AD users and Groups in to CyberArk.
 Authenticating the RADIUS, PKI, and Google Authenticator as per the client requirements.
 Change the existing SMTP configuration as per the requirements.
 Trouble shooting the user issues like password change, reconciliation and verification based on the request raised by the end user.
 Trouble shooting the user login issues and resolved accordingly.
 Manage Auditor roles like fetching reports & monitoring the Compliance status of all network connected devices etc.
 On boarding the accounts like window, Linux and database as per the slandered operating procedure.
 On boarding the bulk accounts in to CyberArk with PUU.
 On boarding the accounts with account discovery mechanism.
 Managing Platform settings, Dual Control setup.
 Worked on Ticketing Tools like BMC Remedy and Service Now.
 As a DR Exercise Recovery participated in DR activity to meet the regulatory requirement, Performed failover and failback for CyberArk application.
 On regular basis check the status of backup (full and incremental).
 Involved in the upgradation of all components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and PSMP) in the CyberArk
 Manage Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM & PSMP Components
