RBI - Risk based inspections 

1.Provides technical support for two plants as an Inspection Risk Analyst. The analyst role utilizes

   ‘Capstone’ RBMI software to oversee and manage the risk-based inspection program.

2.   Develops inspection schedule and plans, Interfaces with plant MI Manager to ensure timely 

completion and documentation of required inspections.

3.Rreviews inspection data and updates risk calculations after inspections are completed

Ensures non-conformance reports (NCR) are created and tracked to completion for inspection

findings and deficiencies.

4.   Provides End-of-Life equipment replacement recommendations to plant or business capital portfolio 

management teams.

5.   Prepares and leads revalidation of the corrosion study due to process changes, equipment changes 

or passage of time.

6.   Run and review initial risk calculations.

7.   Provides consultations for mechanical integrity compliance or inspection technology.

8.   Plan and execute routine & non routine maintenance /shutdown activities.

• Completed Diploma in Chemical engineering 2000-2003 from MSBTE (Maharashtra state board of Technical Education)
• Completed Advanced diploma in Industrial safety health and environment
• API 570 Piping Inspector.
