Successful record of development of numbers of metabolic engineered mammalian cell lines through CRISPR and TALEN in order to maintain efficacy, quality and cost effectiveness of therapeutic molecule development process. Well versed in molecular Vector modification through advanced TALEN and CRISPR based methods to enhance the titer of protein and stability of gene integration in mammalian cell line through site specific integration.
