Duties and responsibilities: 

CENTRE FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ( CBBOs) Under this scheme I am playing a important  role as  a Regional Coordinator they have to involve themselves in the value chain starting from farmers mobilization, baseline survey, identification of produce clusters, formation of clusters, registration and capacity building. Exposure in formation of FPOs in agriculture and allied sectors, and providing handholding support to the FPOs. FPO/Farmer Groups, seed processing Factories/Processing Mill/Pack house/Warehouse/Cold Storage/Ripening Chambers / Custom Hiring Centers / Common Facility Centers /Primary and Secondary Processing Units / Export Oriented Infrastructure / Cold Chain / Supply Chain Management /Branding / marketing etc.

2. I have worked as a Nodal Officer AC&ABC Scheme from 6th November 2013 to 4th April 2022  at CENTRE FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT New Delhi. Posted at Agri-Clinic & Agribusiness Training Centre Debiyapur (District-Auraiya) Uttar Pardesh.. 

Duties and responsibilities:

CENTRE FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT worked for one year on seed production under the name of BHAGIDARI Project after which we were transferred to AC & ABC Training Center Dibiyapur. Co-ordination with resource persons, bankers, hostels and candidates, help in designing bankable projects, sending projects to the bank for establishment of forward business, working regularly with banks. Showing success stories. Mobilization of candidates for new batches.

Apart from this, some of the tasks are such as - providing loans from the bank to Agri Entrepreneur and subsidy from NABARD, market linkage for Agri business.

3. I have worked as Farm Executive from 10th January 2013 to 30th October 2013 CAMSON BIOTECHNOLOGIES LTD Banglore. Posted at Central State Farm Jawelgera Distt-Raichur Karnatka.

Duties and responsibilities:

The CAMSON AGRI-VENTURE FARM has a land 200 acre leased from Central State Farm. As a Farm Executive, I was  looking after entire activities starting from field preparation to harvesting. I have been engaged in commercial production of Sweet corn and vegetable crops .I was looking a team of two supervisors and 30 labors. 

The major crops of the farm are Sweet corn ,Tomato and Chili  etc.             

4. I have worked as a Farm Manager from 1st December 2009 to 30st December 2012 at CONCEPT AGROTECH CONSULTANT LTD New Delhi. Posted at Lakhpera agriculture farm Mahmudabad Sitapur  u.p.

The Mohmoodabad farm has a land about 400 acre. As a Farm Manager, I was looking after entire activities starting from field prepration to harvesting. I have been engaged in seed production of different pulses and vegetable crops. Apart of it Farm has a fish fingers production about 1.5 tons annually. The farm  has 12 ponds where fish production is a major part. I was looking a team of three supervisors and 46 labors. 

The major crops of the farm are Wheat ,Barley, Arhar, Paddy ,Lentil, Mustard, Maize, Blackgram and Medicinal crop Mentha, Tulsi  etc.

5..I have worked as a Field Supervisor from 7th march  2008 to 30th November 2009  D.S.C.L. group posted at Mohammadi, UP. Awarded best performer on 18/08/09 for sugarcane  Autumn planting. 

6. I have worked as a Field Supervisor from 20th December-2006 to 6th March-2008 in Gulariya Sugar Mill (A Unit of Balrampur Group) UP
