More than 6 years of experience as Corporate Secretary. Presently, working as Manager in Multinational Company, Mumbai which is based in Singapore, Cayman Islands and listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. I worked as Compliance Officer with Civil Aviation Department, Ahmedabad and earlier have worked with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited, Mumbai in Secretarial and Legal team, M/s. Umesh Parikh & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary (CS Firm) as an Assistant Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer and did my internship from the same firm. I have more than 6 years of experience. Having worked with same work profile, I realized that “Compliance and Transparency in Compliance” plays an important role in shaping and maintaining the image of any corporate.

I have completed Company Secretary professional course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Master of Commerce (M. Com) from Gujarat University and pursuing Bachelor of Laws [Legum Baccalaureus (L.L.B.)] from Mumbai University.
