Greeting Excellency, 

I am Shalim from India I have 18 years of Experience in the field of all types of construction of sewage treatment plants, WTP, ETP, Processes, and Rainwater harvesting system work and I have worked in many positions during my tenure as I describe in my CV,  as a Deputy Manager Design & Engineering, Senior Engineer, Civil Designer, Process Engineer, Structural Engineer. In this journey of 18 years, I started my career as a Construction Supervisor, foreman, and engineer. Today I do the work of designing civil and mechanical structures in Staad Pro and with manual calculations as per Indian standards, I also can draft the designed structure myself in Auto Cad. My wish in this journey was to learn civil work at every level. I have learned civil work from the beginning. I learned to make the drawing and then learned to get the work done accordingly. This work includes sewage treatment plant, building design & construction, and pipeline work. Three things are important in civil engineering, first preparing the design, then getting that design made on-site, and keeping your entire team in coordination. I have worked in all these three phases. If a drawing is handed over to me, I am certainly capable of getting the work done according to it.

I can provide you with better other services in construction or any suitable field if you have available as a Road Worker, Bitumen Worker, Foreman, or construction Worker any field. During the COVID pandemic, I just want a job. I lost my job in India. In the corporate sector, the work is not the same at all times, so I encourage myself to do every work. In my view, no work is small or big. Just every person should keep himself busy at work. I am ready to work in any field, It can have any designation, big or small.
