Working in Application development and support Team for
SIEBEL Application. Crafted and altered DB2 objects
according to customer's requirement (Ex: Database, Table
space, Table, Index, etc.). Experience with DB2 common
commands(familiar with other command), Stop/Start
Databases, Display command, cancel thread and term utility.
Experience in Online utility: Running Reorgs and Run stats,
Backup and Recovery of Table spaces (copy & recover), Repair,
Load/Unload utilities. Experience in Stand-alone utilities.
Ability to provide Grants to users for appropriate
groups/authorities, familiar with DB2 privileges. Working
knowledge of SQL, knows to use query to check catalog table
and find necessary for system usage. Validated ability to
manage operation on z/OS, proficient with JCL used by DB2.
Ability to rebind the Plans/Packages. Experience in Database
Monitoring- DB2 tool omegamon to check current
trace/status of any object. Framed Stored procedures for app
team. Provided DB2 Database Administration support,
Monitored database performance, performed data change
requests, migration and database maintenance. Support
developers for efficient SQL query and performance. Worked
with Data Architects and system admins to request the
implementation or modification of Databases in
development, test, QA and production environments.

I did my graduation from a college in beautiful sun-ranges of Himalayas. I learnt Electronics and communication there, but later moved towards IT industry.
