Job profile and responsibility:

• Leading procurement initiatives including team mentoring, monitoring of team performance, ensuring SLA, KPI's and process compliance as per procurement policies and procedures.
• Leading Strategic sourcing process for products, machinery, equipment and services involving supplier selection, creation of sourcing documents in SAP Ariba Sourcing Tool including preparation of RFP/RFQ, getting technical bid evaluation, commercial quotation evaluation, comparative statement preparation, handling e-auctions/ negotiations, preparation of note for approval, PO creation with optimal resource allocation, within SLA and approved budget.
• Resolution of various contractual related issues by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure contract and legal requirements compliance.
• Local vendor identification, development, pre-qualification and registration in SAP Ariba Tool, existing supplier (vendor) evaluation, while driving continuous improvement.
