I have been in the Media industry for 16 years. First 12 years (2007-2019) I have worked as 3D Animator. (2014-2018) I was freelancing as Production Coordinator taking up projects along with my Full time employment. Transitioning from being a 3D animator to a producer was a strategic career move fueled by my commitment to professional growth and my aspiration to excel in the field of production. While working as a 3D animator, I developed a deep understanding of the creative process and the meticulous attention to detail required to bring characters and ideas to life. Last 4 years(2019-2023) I have been working as a Producer in Media Department in Byjus (India's Largest Edtech Company). 

as I progressed in my career as a Production Manager, I began to realize the importance of effective project management and leadership skills in ensuring the success of creative endeavors. This realization prompted me to pursue a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which I successfully completed May 2023. This PMP certification(PMI) not only solidified my project management knowledge but also demonstrated my dedication to mastering the skills necessary to excel in a production role.
