Shaurya Chopra

I am a Product Designer based in New Delhi, India, with experience in delivering end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products. Coming from an architectural background, I have always been passionate about designing spaces. This passion led me to explore UX design, where I found the opportunity to apply creative and practical solutions to solve user problems and uncover new possibilities in the digital realm. 

With a strong focus on creating user-friendly products,I have successfully crafted design solutions for different types of products, catering to diverse industries and target audiences. My goal is to enhance people's lives through thoughtful and intuitive design, leveraging my expertise in creating seamless user experiences.


I currently work full time at Dehaat, applying my expertise as a User Experience Designer to create user-friendly digital products. I am passionate about improving lives through design and strive to deliver intuitive solutions that align with Dehaat's vision.

With over 3 years of experience, I have had the privilege to deliver end-to-end UI/UX design solutions for different types of products, catering to diverse industries and target audiences. I am currently working full time at Dehaat where I have been able to make a significant impact. I took on the challenge of designing and delivering the MVP and future design experiences for the Procurement App, and I am proud to share that its adoption rate has almost reached 100%.

Moreover, I had the pleasure of contributing to the enhancement of user retention and conversion rates in Dehaat's fintech product (B2C). My approach has always been deeply rooted in conducting extensive user research to inform design decisions, enabling me to craft effective and thoughtful designs.

I have also been involved in working on design systems, multilingual apps, and UX copy, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for diverse audiences. My goal as a designer is to improve people's lives by creating products that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centric.

I completed my Bachelors in architecture (B.Arch) from University School of Architecture & Planning (USAP), new Delhi which is one of the most reputed architectural schools of India. This has provided me with a unique set of skills and insights that I now apply to my work in creating intuitive and user-friendly digital products.

During my high school years, I achieved outstanding results, obtaining an impressive 95% in my board exams. This academic success fueled my drive to excel in my chosen field of design.

In addition to my formal education, I have taken multiple courses from the Interaction Design Foundation, a renowned platform for learning UX design principles. These courses have deepened my understanding of user-centered design and further honed my skills in creating delightful user experiences.

Furthermore, I completed the UX course offered by Google through Coursera, which exposed me to the latest trends and best practices in the industry. These courses have been instrumental in shaping my design approach and have instilled in me the importance of continuous learning to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving UX landscape.
