Currently, as a senior product manager for Protean, I help lead B2B SaaS product initiatives such as payments targeted at ONDC and other zero-to-one open digital ecosystems, and, in the past, as a product manager and core team member for Getir, I helped pioneer the ultra-fast hyperlocal e-commerce industry in India.

• Help lead the product & innovation team targeting open digital ecosystems such as ONDC (retail, mobility, logistics, etc.), serving ~25 B2B SaaS customers with ~5 banking and technology partners
• Recon & Settlements Product (for decentralised payments) o Catalog-as-a-Service Product (for centralised seller cataloguing)
• ODE Adaptor APIs Product (for open network integrations)
• Strategically promote growth & adoption by distilling customer insights & competitor analysis into product development (new products, roadmaps, user experience, etc.) & go-to-market initiatives (new markets, partnerships, monetisation, branding and marketing campaigns, sales enablement, etc.)
• Own the product portfolio P&L & lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across the product, sales, marketing, engineering, integration, support, legal and management functions at Protean
