With more than two and a half decades of HR experience in India and abroad, I am a HR professional who has worked in all areas of HR. 

My current role as AVP Talent Acquisition at Helius Technologies has honed my skills in managing, training, and evaluating recruiters while ensuring consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices. I have successfully led full recruiting and selection cycles, exceeding hiring benchmarks and building robust talent pipelines. My proficiency in monitoring recruitment procedures using ATS (BullHorn) and preparing comprehensive MIS reports speaks to my analytical prowess and attention to detail.

As an HR Consultant at WE HUB, I adeptly managed HR policies, onboarding, induction, training, and recruitment. My oversight of performance management, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives underscore my ability to foster a productive and inclusive work environment. Additionally, my experience as an Independent HR Consultant allowed me to tailor HR policies and procedures across various industries, recruit high-performing teams, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

My role as Head of HR Operations at Cotelligent India Pvt Ltd demonstrated my strategic acumen by developing a global HR operations strategy and providing consultative guidance on organizational design, talent management, and compensation. I successfully executed employee relations events, training programs, and performance management protocols, all contributing to a harmonious and efficient workplace.
