With significant laboratory and field experience in dairy and food production, I have honed my skills in quality testing and food processing. Additionally, I am a proficient home chef with expertise in specialty coffee and a diverse range of cuisines, including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Indian. My culinary skills are complemented by my baking proficiency, making me a versatile candidate for the chef position. Hello, I'm Sheetal Bagda. I hold a B.Tech in Dairy Science and Food Technology from S.K. Nagar Dantiwada Agriculture University. My professional journey includes serving as the Laboratory Head at Sheetal Cool Products Pvt Ltd, where I managed quality testing and maintained high product standards from August 2021 to October 2022. Before this, I worked at Momai Dairy in the milk and ice-cream production and testing department from 2020 to 2021.

My hands-on experience is further enriched by internships at Banas Dairy, Food & Drug Laboratory in Vadodara, Cargill India Private Limited, and Bakewell Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. These roles have provided me with extensive knowledge in dairy product testing, oil testing, and various food production processes.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about cooking. I am proficient in specialty coffee and have a strong command of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Indian cuisines, along with baking skills. I am excited to bring my diverse culinary and professional background to a new role, where I can contribute to creating exceptional food experiences.
