Shiladitya Sen

I am a trained analytical chemist with a Bachelors and Masters degree from IIT Kharagpur and a PhD from USA. I worked in US for 10 years in a leading CRO, as a scientist and then as the director of the Analytical chemistry department. I have extensive hands on  method validation experience with GLP/GMP regulation. I have also been a study director managing more than 300 pre clinical and clinical programs for multiple key pharmacy companies, with some of those now in the US/EU market. 

Have managed a team of 44 people with a revenue target of 25 million USD a year successfully and have been the business development lead to bid and successfully implement the projects.

my experience with instrumentation (HPLC, GC, KF) has been extensive and hence my value to any Pharma or CRO in their early discovery or late phase projects would be immense.
