About Shilpa Dhuri:
I am exceptional at multi-tasking with experience in household management, administration and global travel. Utilising my unique set of skills, I would like to offer my services in a private home as PA/EA & House Manager in a long term commitment.
My role has evolved to include Household Manager, Property/Estate Manager, Family/Personal Assistant. There have also been cross-over roles, and most that include Governess, Lifestyle Management and care for the elderly.

- Ensuring the household and grounds run smoothly & efficiently at all times
- Supervising, training and managing staff members
- Organising & liaising with contractors

- Greeting & taking care of visitors / guests

- Arrange entertainment for social gatherings & events
- Travel arrangements including supervision of packing
- Maintaining Vendor lists & ensuring timely payment of dues
- Reconciliation & management of official & personal expenses (petty cash & credit cards)
- The go-to person for Principal & household staff
- Sourcing supplies and ensuring the purchase is in line with policy
- Arranging for mobile connections, handsets, visiting cards, allocation of work space etc.
- Managing fleet of cars & chauffeur duties
- Pet care viz. regular grooming, vet visits, overseeing dog handler duties etc.
- Hands-on with all administrative duties including paying bills and managing budgets
- Maintain record of staff with local police station (as required)
- Ensuring the property is secure at all times
- Inventory of paintings, silverware, personal effects, liquor etc.
- Arrange all aspects of childrens’ schooling & extra curricular activities
- Handling YPO Forums & team off sites in India & overseas
- Arranging conferences (audio/video), schedule meetings
- Passport renewals, Visa arrangements, Airport Meet n Greet services
- Handle communication with schools, schedule extra curricular & age appropriate activities for children
- Extensive Travel & Calendar Management across various time zones
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times & managing work outside core office hours
- Perform any other tasks (within reason) requested by Principal & immediate family
