• Contracts (various: including formal, short form, and annual contracts) Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements, Statement of Work, Addendums/Amendments, Shareholders agreement, Investors agreement, Debt Restructuring Agreement and Master Restructuring Agreement, Hypothecation Agreement, Mortgage Agreement, pledge Agreement, Tooling Agreement, MOUs, Deeds
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
• Drafting and Implementation of company policy, procedures, standards, and goals
• Drafting of Legal Notices and Notice Replies such as S. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Recovery notices etc. 
• Drafting and vetting of Land agreements
• Handling the Search and Title Report procedure of the lands
• Liasoning and coordinating with various agencies and authorities for Township land project.
• Liasoning and coordinating with Advocates, Law firms such as DSK Legal, Fox & Mandal and other lawyers.
• Managing Compliance Software for compliance of all Laws for the Entity
