I, Shilpa Kiran have worked as a "Principal - IGCSE" and "IGCSE Exam officer" at Vishwa Vidyapeeth

from Jan 2019-Dec 2022. Have been a pioneer and founding member for the start and 

establishment of the IGCSE curriculum at Vishwa Vidyapeeth.

My background includes experience of 20 years in teaching (Computer Science, 

ICT and Robotics) inclusive of 6 years in leadership roles at various levels. 

Providing teacher orientation on IGCSE curriculum has been my forte. I have  led a team 

of 120 teachers for ICSE and IGCSE.

In addition to this, I have extensive knowledge in curriculum development, 

examination coordination and administration.

● Ensure smooth daily school operations, which includes managing 
crises effectively maintaining discipline and order in the school and 
most importantly ensuring the overall safety and security of the 
school
● Recruit, Evaluate and manage staff including certified teaching staff 
and external teaching staff.
