I’ve worked with both global and regional players, leading teams to secure major contracts and grow business across sectors like oil & gas, infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing industries. For instance, I’ve managed multimillion-dollar integrated logistics contracts for clients such as QataEnergy or now known as Qatar Petroleum who is the biggest energy and LNG supplier, Siemens, Dolphin Energy, NOC, Bakes Hughes, GE, GDI and major giants. 

When it comes to my strength, I would say One of my key strengths is solution selling — aligning integrated services like freight, warehousing, customs clearance, and last-mile under one umbrella. I’m also very hands-on with pipeline management, forecasting, and aligning Business Development activities with overall business targets. I coach teams on customer segmentation, value propositions, and closing techniques — and I ensure sales is closely linked to operations, pricing, and customer service for strong execution. Another key strength I would say is establishing connections and building long-term relations ships with stake holders and decision makers at client’s end, industry leaders, carriers, liners, regulatory bodies. 

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led commercial and operational teams to secure major accounts, negotiate long-term contracts, and build scalable logistics solutions. In my most recent roles — as Senior Manager for Projects at GWC I played a key role in winning and managing strategic clients and long term key integrated logistics contracts (we call it project vertical). Similarly with Paragon Shipping I was responsible for the P&L of project vertical (which is again integrated logistics) and had a team of more than 27 professionals reporting to me. We have handled most complex logistics projects in Qatar during 2009 – 2017 during my time. That included complete 4PL contracts of 2 government entities and was also successful in expanding Paragons footprints to Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. 

Currently with Toben logistics I serve as a consultant uplifting their fragmented Integrated Project Logistics Sales team into a high-performing unit with clear KPIs, pipeline reviews, and coaching, leading to a 30% increase in conversion rates within the last 12 months., I also had responsibility of centralizing their pricing desk to ensure cost effectiveness and avoid delays in quoting customers and high value tenders and RFQ’s. 

I also worked closely with operations to design a hybrid 4PL model and secure logistics contract of their 2 existing customers.
