I am an International Yogasana Player. I completed my graduation in B.SC Honors Yogic Science from well reputed university i.e DSVV, Haridwar and currently working as a Yoga Instructor in Vietnam. I have experience of more than 10 years in Yogasana Sports

Strengths :

I have good theoretical knowledge of Sujok, Accupressure, Color therapy, Naturopathy, Patnajali Yog Darshan, Hath Yog Pradipika, Gherand Samhita, Yogic Diet and Nutrition, Yogic life management, Human system according to Yoga, Human anatomy and Physiology, IT, Content creation for Social media,etc.

Some achievements in the field of Yoga :

• I won many awards & medals at district, state, national and international level as well.
• I was also awarded by India's Best Yoga Player in 2017 and became silver medalist in first ever International Yoga Olympic Games in 2020. 
• Along with this, I am gold medalist in CBSE National, DAV National Yoga Championship and 4th position holder in SGFI tournaments 2019. 
• In 2021 and 2022, I became 2 times Uttrakhand state level gold medalist in NYSF games and many more yet to come.
• Took Corporate Yoga Class of VS Glass, Vietnam.
• Woked as a Referee of Vietnam Yoga Federation.
• Honoured by Chief minister of Haryana (Shri. Manohar Lal Khattar) and Home Minister of Haryana (Shri Anil Vij) for exceptional performance in the field of Yoga.
• Participated in Yoga Day's main Program held at Chandigarh in front of PM Narendra Modi.
• I also took several official live Yoga session and advance Yoga Demo on the behalf of Ekam Yoga (Jaipur), Yog Sports Federation & Body & Soul Yoga Studio (Vietnam). 
• I performed and choreographed many Yoga demonstration for different ocassion. Also, performed in front of politicians and celebrities like Lt. General Gurmit Singh in Raj Bhawan, Dehradun & Miss. Reecha Sinha.
• I was captain of our Yoga team for National Championship.

Hobbies :

• Photo and video editing (opted Photoshop as a GE subject in University)
• Active participation in different cultural and sports programs in school and university.
