Managing the entire lifecycle of Technical projects

Coordinating all the project phases and efficiently
predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project.
Responsible for all communication (email and calls)
with different departments involved (media,
designers, account managers/sales, Technical PMs
located globally etc.)

PM/client on deliveries and schedules and work
closely with the engineering manager and
production manager.
Liaise with different production centers and PMs to
clarify project parameters.
Responsible for Negotiating deadlines, rates and
generating revenues.
Responsible for Establishing and maintaining
excellent relationships with vendors and
sales/production PMs globally.
