Passionate yoga instructor with more than 5 years of professional experience planning and delivering Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Weight Loss Yoga classes.
I attended a six-month Yogic Science programme in Rishikesh, India, where I learned about postures, breathing methods, and the spiritual aspects of yoga teaching.
